Wire-free installation — Flair Staged Heating
Wire-Free, Easy Installation
The market’s only wire-free installation solution.
No wire pulls, placement hassles or ugly power cords. Flair Puck 2 Pro runs on battery or USB — meaning your team can commission a full staged heating system without touching a single wire at the mini-split head locations.
One platform one stat — Cielo vs Flair comparison
One Platform / One Stat
One platform, one Puck, total control.
Seamlessly manage your ductless and backup heat as a single system, without the clutter of multiple apps or thermostats. The Flair app gives the homeowner — and the pro — a unified view across every stage of heating from one screen.
Reliable connectivity — Ethernet and WiFi
Reliable Connectivity
Ethernet & WiFi — Easy for the installer, reliable for the homeowner.
Flair Bridge Pro connects via Ethernet — no WiFi credentials required. Where WiFi is preferred, Flair supports standard 2.4 GHz. Either way, pros can complete commissioning without the homeowner being present or remembering their network password.
Industry leading — Flair on Northeast QPLs
Industry Leading, Qualified, Trusted Solution
Recognized, award-winning, and on most Northeast QPLs.
Flair is included on 10+ Integrated Controls Qualified Product Lists across the Northeast — Mass Save, Energize CT, PSEG LI, NJ Clean Energy, Vermont DPS, and more. QPL status is what unlocks $10,000+ heat pump rebates for homeowners and contractor incentives for your business.
Multi-zone bleed problem and RoomSense solution
Unique, Valuable Comfort & Efficiency Features
RoomSense™ with Overheat / Overcool Protection solves for bleed before it becomes a callback.
On multi-zone mini-split systems, a zone calling for heat can send unintended airflow to adjacent rooms. Flair RoomSense™ with Overheat / Overcool Protection (patent pending) detects and corrects this in real time — saving contractors a preventable truck roll and keeping homeowners comfortable.
Most flexible and affordable staged heating solution
Most Flexible & Affordable Solution
High performance, low cost — for any install scenario.
Solutions tailored for installs with or without existing smart stats. If there’s no stat, Bridge Pro handles the boiler and baseboard zones directly. If a smart stat is already in place, Flair layers on top — enabling high-performance staged heating without ripping out what’s already working.

Cielo Linked — what a compliant install actually requires: A QPL-eligible install (e.g. Mass Save) with 4 mini-splits and 3 boiler zones needs 7 devices: 4 × Breez Max ($159 MSRP) for mini-split heads — preferred for Mode Conflict Control — plus 3 × Smart Thermostat Eco ($99 MSRP) for boiler zones, required as Energy Star Certified. Each Eco stat also requires C-wire wiring per zone. The two device types coordinate via Cielo Linked but have no shared cross-device droop logic or unified stage switching.
Flair pricing: Puck 2 Pro $199 MSRP, Bridge Pro $249. Bridge ($99) optional. Cielo Breez Max $159 MSRP, Smart Thermostat Eco $99 MSRP. MHK2 ~$350 ea. (HVACDirect). Cielo Breez Max + Eco: 5-yr pro warranty (Registered Pro). MHK2: 5-yr parts, labor not covered. Flair Puck 2 Pro: 4-yr pro warranty. Wire pulling and labor are estimates.
