Return Policy

At Flair, we want to make returns as easy as possible.

  • You have 60 calendar days from the date of purchase to begin a return.
  • Only products purchased directly from Flair are eligible for this return policy. Flair products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Return the item with all of its included accessories and packaging along with the original packing slip. Damages, missing parts, or alterations to the product may result in a delayed or denied refund.
  • If you mistakenly purchased the wrong item, such as the wrong vent size, we would be happy to exchange the product. Simply return it with all of its included accessories and packaging along with the original packing slip within 60 days of the date you ordered. If there are any differences in price between the original product you purchased and the new product, you will either be refunded or charged the difference in cost.
  • We offer free shipping for product exchanges within 60 days of your purchase, as well as warranty exchanges within 2 years of your purchase. We also offer free exchange shipping for items that are inoperable upon arrival (DOA) and/or damaged in transit. These exchanges must be requested within one week of delivery and must be accompanied by proof (subject to review by the Flair Team) of damage and/or inoperability. We do not offer free return shipping in other circumstances. Please note that Flair does not refund the original shipping and handling fees from your order.

    Filtrete™ Product Returns & Exchange Policy

    All Filtrete™ Brand Products are subject to separate warranty, return, and exchange policies than Flair products.
  • All Filtrete™ Air Filter sales are final.
  • Filtrete™ Brand Products come with a 1-Year warranty.
  • If you have received a damaged product please reach out to support@flair.co with photo evidence and our team will investigate to see if it warrants sending a replacement.
