U.S. and Canada Registration Terms

Thank you for shopping with Flair. We appreciate the fact that you’re shopping with us and we want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re browsing, evaluating, and purchasing from us. The Flair Online Store will be referred to as “Flair”, “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this policy.

Standard Registration
Flair is offering a 5% discount on your first purchase by signing up for our email list. By signing up you are also agreeing to the terms outlined in our standard Terms and Conditions.

1. User Opt In: The Program allows Users to receive email and SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in, and you understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from Us. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer, the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or all of Our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (“ATDS” or “autodialer”). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
2. User Opt Out: If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longer agree to this Agreement, you agree to reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message or follow the unsubscribe steps provided in emails from Us in order to opt out of the Program. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out.

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes may not be combined with other coupon codes, promotional prices, or sales. Discounted prices from coupon codes are only valid while supplies last. Flair is not responsible for typographical errors with coupon codes. Prices and availability of coupon codes are subject to change without notice. Flair may rescind coupon codes. Coupon codes have no cash value. Other restrictions may apply at the time of coupon code generation.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Flair reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute confirmation of an intent to sell, but instead a confirmation of order receipt. If Flair cancels your order after you have been billed, it will refund the billed amount. However, Flair is not required to notify you of an order cancellation or refund.

Consumers Only

Flair sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

If your Flair products were installed by a third party (contractor, smart home installer, etc.), we reserve the right to deny any returns, refunds, or warranty claims that we cannot, within reason, trace back to a verifiable purchase from Flair.

Flair reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes to these terms will apply retroactively to previous sales.
